Typically, the cost for a local moves is dependent on the pick-up and delivery locations and the distance in between and whether storage is required. Our local moves receive the same personal attention as our long distance moves, no matter how close or far, we know the importance of a smooth and successful transition.

Long Distance and Cross Country Relocation Costs
There is no distance too large or too small for Canada’s Leading Van Lines. Typically, a cross-country move will be charged based on the weight of your shipment and any packing or storage needs. Contact one of our sales associates to customize a unique moving plan for your upcoming relocation.
Any distinguished carriers or companies will either offer the option of an in home estimation or will provide you with proper estimation tools in areas where estimations may not be available. These tools include collection of your inventory as oppose to a general quote that could be inaccurate.
This is done to ensure you obtain an accurate quote for all the items you will be moving and avoid any unpleasant surprises. Your sales representative will provide you with the tools you need to properly estimate the weight of your shipment and collect a detailed inventory of your items prior to your pick-up date.
The quote you are provided is based on the information that is provided at the time of your quote request. Please note that if your inventory increases, so will your final price. Providing our sales associates with an accurate inventory list prior to your move will ensure an informed and smooth relocation.
